Production Time
Most single-piece orders take 1–2 days. Bulk orders may take 2–5 days depending on quantity and fabric type.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. You can also drop off and pick up items at our Jaipur studio.
Returns & Policies
Since embroidery is a customization service, returns aren’t possible once the design is stitched. For any defect or mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll resolve it.
